Soggy Moggy

Soggy Moggy can roar like a tiger. Nibbles the Mouse can squat like a frog. Soggy and Nibbles have a nap on a lovely soft mat as they breathe in and out… ahhhh. A delightful story to introduce young children to yoga in a fun and playful way, copying Soggy Moggy and Nibbles as the two of them have a kerfuffle over fish pie. Being a little yogi helps children express themselves through creative movement, whilst providing many benefits such as flexibility, strength, coordination and focus. And breathe… The book includes an ending which encourages your little yogi to relax and focus on their breath.
