The Adventures of Henry Humdingle

The characters in this adventure do not exist, which is a shame. The world would be a much better place if they did. The Woodlybinks and Henry Humdingle with Monty the Labrador all work together righting wrongs and protecting the innocent. Henry’s intended adventures are monitored by his sensible sister Jane and her best friend Bhavna. They keep him out of trouble, sometimes without doing anything. Henry uses the ‘Jane test’ – if he thinks she would not approve, he usually doesn’t do it! When Henry needs extra help, he calls in the brothers Richie and Jaimie, also known as Bruv one and Bruv two.

Norman Geller

The author lives a happy life, using the power of humour, optimism, and imagination to overcome life’s challenges. These include being shipwrecked as a young man in the Atlantic where 120+ people did not survive to being advised that he had a few months to live 30+ years ago. He has always been a teller of tales that have fascinated children and held their attention – a gift from his father who introduced him to Henry Humdingle and the Woodlybinks.
