After battling cancer and suffering a stroke that led to the loss of 40 percent of my brain, I endured a year of unusual epileptic episodes. These attacks occurred every two months on the same day, accompanied by hallucinations. Despite the missing part of my brain, I discovered a newfound skill for writing. Interestingly, renowned authors such as Charles Dickens, Agatha Christie, and Lewis Carroll also had epilepsy. I graduated from Hull University with a degree in politics and philosophy. I am a proud parent of three children, one of whom is studying drama at Manchester University. My ambitious goal is to win a BAFTA award with my daughter for the same movie or screenplay. In the last two years alone, I have drafted an impressive 49 books across multiple genres.
