Jennifer V. Matthews
Ms. Jennifer V. Matthews is a Library Media Specialist for the Mt. Vernon City School District. She is a member of the Academy of American Poets, the American Library Association, and the United Federation of Teachers. She has won the Alice Minnie Heniger Award for the best work of literature for Children from Lehman College (City University of New York) in May 2003. Ms. Matthews has a Master of Science degree in Literacy from Alfred University. This is her first poetry book.
