Claudia Chase has a post-graduate Diploma in English Language Teaching, Methodology and Materials Design. She taught countless au pairs towards the Cambridge Exams as well as adult immigrants. In her free time, she enjoyed walking several of Britain’s long-distance paths. When she turned 50, she took one year’s unpaid leave, packed her rucksack and travelled around the world, with memorable stays in New Zealand and Samoa. This is her first novel. She lives in London.
