Why They Stay Silent

What if humanity could have a do-over? What if that do-over meant mankind could eradicate all the flaws that plague the human race. Especially the flaws that push the darkness we carry inside, like the flaw of domestic violence! What if we could shut it down before the evil is able to send out its call for abusers. What if we could end the brutality and abuse toward victims in their own homes? What if we could save the children of abusers from witnessing the acts of violence? Unfortunately, reality dictates that we would have more luck acquiring the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, or accurately counting the stars on a clear night. But what if there was an elite unit who devoted themselves to putting a dent in abuse by saving one victim at a time while destroying their abuser. Yes… what if?
