Best-selling author Sherri Elliott-Yeary is an internationally recognized expert in the field of generational differences and personal transformation. Sherri’s previous book, Ties to Tattoos: Turning Generational Differences into a Competitive Advantage, earned her the title of the Generational Guru.Sherri was raised by a single mother in Canada, and she overcame poverty to become an internationally recognized speaker, author, and coach. She holds degrees in human resource management, and accounting and risk management, as well as a designation as a senior professional human resources professional (SPHR). Sherri is CEO of the human resource consulting firm Optimance Workforce Strategies, where she shares her innovative success strategies and expertise in generational differences and other workforce issues. Sherri discovered an internal fire and desire to achieve uncommon success in her life at an early age, which she shares with others as a teacher, mentor, and coach. Sherri is committed to being known as a woman of God. Her mission is to inspire others to lead a fully authentic life.
