In addition to being a Wall Street Journal and USA Today bestselling author of Measure Up: Mastering Your Career Search Like a Boss, three-time founder, entrepreneur, tech investor, board member and advisor to high growth companies, Josh McAfee has spent almost thirty years in the recruiting and coaching world consulting with and placing thousands of leaders, sales, and tech-savvy people into high-growth companies. He founded, built, and sold a national tech staffing company and has helped countless leaders of high-growth companies grow their teams with the right people to have a positive impact on their products, culture, and, ultimately, their customers. Josh volunteers his time working with the North Point Community Church, Jars of Clay Mission in south Atlanta, and 410 Bridge, and in communities in Africa and Haiti. He is also a founding member of the Georgia Aquarium, where he's helped bring diverse groups together for incredible events and worthy causes. Josh spent six years in the youth ministry with Peachtree Presbyterian Church in Atlanta, has sat on boards within TAG (Technology Association of Georgia), and served in leadership with Atlanta's High Tech Ministries and Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

Trisha Harp, M.S., C.P.C., is an entrepreneur, researcher, Wall Street Journal and USA Today bestselling author of Measure Up: Mastering Your Career Search Like a Boss, and coach. She has spent the past two decades working with couples, teams, and individuals on mastering advanced communication techniques with the goal of strengthening their relationships both at home and at the office through her company, The Harp Family Institute.

After going through her own “why until you cry” experience, Trisha discovered her passion stems from the desire to help adults sort through their hang-ups so they will ultimately do a better job with their own children. (A desire which originated with helping friends deal with their struggles during her formative school years).

Over the years, Trisha’s extensive proprietary research has been effective in helping guide entrepreneurs, individuals seeking life and career changes and couples looking for new methods to improve their relationships. To date, Trisha has written five books and is in the process of writing three more. She has been featured in Inc.
