Andrea Wildenthal Hanson is a bestselling author, master certified mindset coach, speaker, and creator of The Health Mindset Podcast. Diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2000, Andrea shares her practice of incorporating the mind, body, and soul with everyday health.
