The Invisible Thread
Only one thing is certain for us: life. The rest is unknown or non-existent.
We are all one, and at some point, as we transition into the now, we forget. We are bound by that thread that we can't see, but we know it's there.
It is something we have all heard about but have not been told.
Now, in this collection of poetry written in prose, the author takes us down the path of the soul from the perspective of the soul itself, where getting lost in what is the heart and what is the self will take you into a perpetual now.
You will find yourself holding that thread and that you know it is the hand of another soul, and you don't know if it is your soul or not, because as the day goes by it turns out to be the same.
During the course of this journey, there will be times when you will not know if you are here or not, but you will surely be in a now where you will not let go of the thread that holds the soul.
And at some point in the journey you will discover that a book is not the only thing you have in your hands.

I am passionate about writing. For me writing is a great pleasure, although I have been doing it regularly since the end of 2019. I used to be less constant. The Invisible Thread is my second work. I previously published Of Stones and Smiles between 2022 and 2023.
In addition, I have published some pieces on RRSS, as well as through literary contests.
I received honorable mention in the J. Bernavil International Contest in December 2021.
I won the poetry contest of the XI Parla Book Fair of 2023.
I was part of the poetry book Voces en el Viento in January 2023.
"Before the start of the fateful 2020, I decided to put down on paper all those things that I carry inside and that I had been thinking about for a while. Towards the end of 2019, poetry began to exhaust my chaos and I started to defragment restless souls and hearts. And the intangible became tangible to the eyes of those who want to see. And the piled up stones that said you can't go further than here now fit in a pocket. And there is room. At that moment I left at home a pair of false wings that simply weighed me down. What you see is who I am.
Professionally, I am a telecommunications engineer specializing in sound and image. I currently work in noise control and acoustics.

“Antes de iniciar el fatídico 2020, decidí plasmar en un papel todas esas cosas que llevo dentro y en las que llevaba un tiempo pensando. Hacia finales de 2019, la poesía empezó a agotar mi caos y comencé a desfragmentar almas y corazones inquietos. Y lo intangible se volvió tangible a los ojos de quien quiere ver. Y las piedras amontonadas que decían que no se puede ir más allá de aquí ahora caben en un bolsillo. Y hay lugar. En ese momento Dejé en casa un par de alas postizas que simplemente me pesaban, lo que ves es quién soy.
