There are some truly touching stories in this book, humorous, pathetic, and descriptive. Very interesting to hear some first-hand accounts of the WW I from people who were there.
Alfred Price Burnett (23 July 1922 – February 1977) was a Scottish footballer who played as a centre forward. Burnett began his career in the mid-1940s with Dundee United, featuring in just one match before heading south to join Barrow.
