Brian Shepherd worked in the mental health service for much of his life. This book of poems describes a difficult time while working in a day-hospital, trying to achieve a work/life balance during various crises with both patients and management. Brian is now retired and spends his time with family and friends. He is active in various campaigns such as global warming.
