Hanna Buschmann worked as a materials developer for various sports brands, but soon felt that she needed to turn her life around. She left that industry and joined her partner Manel Garcia to create the “Addicted to Hummus” blog where they share their experiences on vegan food and recipes. A great lover of fitness, yoga and a conscious lifestyle, Hanna is also a great traveler and has lived in different places. Street food and local dishes from the places she has visited have inspired her in her quest to fuel her body mindfully and vegan. Manel and Hanna met in Barcelona, and traveled throughout Europe and Asia, they are currently still traveling.
Manel Garcia Prats has a degree in Industrial Engineering, but has never practiced as such. He has been passionate about cooking since he was a child due to the influence of his father Fermín and in his early days he worked in the world of hospitality. In 2017, together with his partner Hanna Buschmann, they decided to take the step to veganism and in 2020 they began to share all those recipes that they were learning and developing on social networks with great success. Shortly after, Addicted to Humus was born, a project, blog and now a book where they share easy, colorful, rich and vegan recipes daily.
