Carol, the Ancient Yuletide Troll

A kind-hearted troll tries to get the other monsters off the naughty list and teach them the true meaning of Christmas in this colorful picture book.

There once was a troll named Carol . . .

Carol is always nice to children—even though the other monsters are not. She is the ONLY monster on the nice list, and the only one to receive presents from Santa. This makes the other monsters jealous.

Once Christmas, Carol visits Santa to ask why the other monsters do not get presents. She learns they are on THE NAUGHTY LIST!

When she tries to warn them they won’t receive presents if they continue to be naughty, the monsters ignore her even more. Carol takes matters into her own hands and she the monsters how they will be rewarded on Christmas Day…if only they would be nice!

Will Carol’s actions have bad consequences even with her good intentions? Only Santa knows!
