ORLENA KEREK, MD, is trained as a pediatric doctor. She teaches moms and their families to lead healthy lives in a way that is easy and fun. Check out her podcast, Fit and Fabulous at 40 and Beyond, and her book, Building Simple Habits to a Healthy Me. Her sons, Galen and Dante, were 13 and 11 when they helped Dr. Orlena write this book.
