Mark P. McDonald is a group vice president and Gartner Fellow with Gartner Executive Programs, where he works with executive teams on applying technology to achieve business results. Prior to working for Gartner, he was a partner at Accenture, responsible for that company's Center for Process Excellence. Mark holds a Ph.D. in technology policy management from TU Delft, Netherlands, and a master's degree in economics and international finance from Trinity College, in Hartford, Connecticut. He is coauthor, with Anthony Bradley of the book The Social Organization and co- author with Peter Keen of the book The eProcess Edge.
