Dr. Barski-Carrow’s work focuses on relationships in the workplace. She brings to this issue more than 30 years experience in a variety of management, administrative and technical positions in the government, public and private sector. Her research, presentations, workshops, conferences and publications of popular and professional articles have earned her international acclaim. She was featured in a Wall Street Journal Article relating to workplace issues in 2003. Her roots are from Northeastern Pennsylvania. She relocated to Washington, D.C., and built her career in the Department of Energy and Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). Her specialty was building healthy relationships in the workplace. At HHS she became the Acting Director of the Office of Equal Employment Opportunity/Office of the Secretary.
