He is certified by the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), the USA Boxing and Boxing Fitness Institute, and a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), the worldwide authority on strength and conditioning. Chideha’s unique training approach is rooted in the tailoring of effective programs to a client’s specific needs and is relationship-based focus rather than the common personal fitness training industry approach of one-size-fits-all, thus, ensuring his clients the best opportunity to achieve lasting training success. He currently resides in Cincinnati, Ohio.
