TO: DEP CIVIL SECURITY HQ / HOME SECURITY CHIEF MAXIL QYN

INFO: CIVIL SECURITY REP ANTARCTICA PRIORITY

SUBJECT: MONITORING OF THE SOUTH ATLANTIC OCEAN CITY OSIRIS (INTERNATIONAL STATUS: DESTROYED)

REF: OS17521

Classified by: KARIS IO, CMR SPECIAL UNIT ATRAK (FM 04/05/2414)

1. Summary: During the perimeters of 24/09/2417 and 01/10/2417 Special Unit Atrak has observed the usual protocols and measurements in relation to the South Atlantic Ocean city known as Osiris as stipulated by the Department of Civilian Security of the Republic of Antarctica. No significant changes in status have been recorded.

2. No vessels have been observed to have left the City. No vessels have been observed to have approached the City. No vessels have been observed to be destroyed in either departing or approaching the City.

3. During this period the City is not assumed to have undergone an unusual level of activity. Long-range measurements have recorded no sudden power surges beyond average consumption. Energy output is consistent with records and with the slight but steady decline observed over the past twenty years.

4. After the fluctuations observed in energy levels and what Atrak believed to be high-level weapons usage during the winter of 2417 (see report OS17498), we conclude that the City has regained its usual status and can be considered benign.

5. No external radio signal has been detected.

Special Unit Atrak advises that the warning code for Civilian Security with regard to Osiris remains at amber.

RECOMMENDED ACTIVITY: Continued observation.
