The author gives an engaging account of what’s most important during pregnancy, and it’s not all that you think it’ll be. This is a real story of how to survive pregnancy, without any preaching about health and fitness! A heart-warming and honest story of real-life family challenges.

Heather Thomson

Heather is a successful personal trainer and yoga teacher with two young children and is married to David. She is pregnant with her third baby and since approaching 40 she has decided to write a memoir of her final pregnancy. She runs her business around the children’s nursery/school hours and finds herself essentially functioning as a single parent since David is setting up a business and working more than 60 hours most weeks. Family life is non-stop and at times exhausting for Heather as she copes with pregnancy and running the house.
