Nicole Rubel has over fifty published children’s books and is the co-creator of the popular Rotten Ralph series, whose debut book earned the Children’s Book Showcase Award for Outstanding Graphic Design. Rotten Ralph will join other famous children’s book characters’ wall murals at Kidportin Terminal C, Boston Airport in 2018. Raised in Coral Gables, Florida, Ms. Rubel received a Bachelor of Science in Art from the Boston Museum School in association with Tufts University. She has received awards from The American Books Association, The American Institute of Graphic Arts, and American Booksellers. She was also a panelist on the CNN show Sonya Live in the 1980’s for the humor book Getting Married. Ms. Rubel is an identical twin and currently resides in Aurora, Oregon.
